Summer Fruits Breakfast

Ingredients
- 100g Frozen Summer (or forest) Fruits
- 1 teaspoon Linseeds
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Pumpkin Seeds
- 1.5 Tablespoon Rolled Oats
- 75 ml Boiling Water (enough to soak oats & mixture)
- 50 ml soya milk (sweetened, such as Alpro fresh) or other type of milk
- 1 desert spoon maple syrup or blackcurrant jam
Method
- Add fruits, all the seeds and then the oats to a bowl
- Pour boiling water and mix together so water absorbed
- Leave for 1 to 2 minutes
- Add Soya milk and stir in
- Add jam/syrup (to taste)
Notes
You may need a little more boiling water, it should be a thick mash before you put the milk in. Healthy and highly nutritious breakfast - have a couple of pieces of fresh fruit after and you'll be energised all morning!
